Everything you need to know about our services.

What electrical work do you take on?

Fault finding and repairs, distribution board upgrades and replacements, lighting design and installation, socket and circuit additions, EV charger installation, generator and UPS changeover work, and annual safety inspections. We work on villas, apartments, offices and retail fit-outs. We do not take on high-voltage substation work.

How much is a call-out?

AED 180 covers travel and the first 45 minutes of diagnostic work in our standard Dubai zone. You get a fixed written quote before anything is opened up, and if you approve the repair on the same visit the call-out is credited against the invoice.

Do you handle emergencies out of hours?

Yes. We keep a duty electrician on call every night and through the weekend for total power loss, burning smells, tripping mains and water ingress into a DB board. The out-of-hours call-out is AED 350 and our target is on site within two hours anywhere in Dubai.

Are you licensed and DEWA approved?

Amperion holds a Dubai DED electrical contracting licence and our supervising engineer is DEWA registered, so any work that needs a DEWA inspection or a load increase application can be submitted through us. All our electricians hold trade certification and we carry AED 2 million public liability cover.

Can you give me a price over chat?

For standard items yes. Replacing a consumer unit in a two-bedroom apartment runs AED 1,400 to AED 2,200 depending on the number of ways, adding a socket on an existing circuit is around AED 250, and a 7kW EV charger installed is AED 2,800 to AED 4,000 depending on the cable run. Anything structural needs a site survey first.

How soon can you come out for non-urgent work?

Usually within two working days. We book three-hour arrival windows — 8:00 to 11:00, 11:00 to 2:00 and 2:00 to 5:00 — and the electrician calls you roughly thirty minutes ahead so you are not sitting waiting.

Do you work with building management and landlords?

A large share of our work is annual maintenance contracts for villa portfolios, towers and small retail chains. Contract clients get priority response, a named engineer, consolidated monthly invoicing and a photo-documented job report for every unit we attend.

Is your work guaranteed?

Labour carries a twelve-month workmanship warranty. Fittings and equipment we supply carry the manufacturer warranty, typically one to five years, and we register it in your name at handover. If a fault we repaired returns within the warranty period, the return visit is free.

Which areas do you cover?

All of Dubai plus Sharjah as far as Al Nahda. Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates are quoted case by case and carry a AED 200 travel supplement. Tell me your location in chat and I will confirm whether you are inside the standard zone before we book.
