- What types of events can be hosted at The Canvas?
- We specialize in hosting a wide range of exclusive events, including corporate galas, product launches, luxury weddings, and private celebrations. Our versatile space can be transformed to suit your specific theme and requirements.
- What is the capacity of your venue?
- Our main ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests for a seated dinner or up to 500 for a standing reception. We also have smaller, more intimate spaces available for private meetings or VIP gatherings.
- Where are you located and what are your viewing hours?
- We are located in the Business Bay area of Dubai. Our team is available for scheduled venue tours from Sunday to Thursday, between 10 AM and 6 PM. The venue itself is available for events 7 days a week based on bookings.
- How can I book a tour or get a quote?
- You can request a tour or a preliminary quote directly through me! Just let me know your preferred date and time for a visit, or provide your event details (type, guest count, date) for a package estimate.
- Can you give me an idea of your pricing?
- Our venue rental fees vary depending on the day of the week, season, and the specific spaces you require. Packages are tailored to each event, but typically start in a premium range to ensure exclusive service and amenities. For a detailed quote, please share your event requirements.
- What is included in a standard booking?
- A standard booking includes exclusive use of the chosen space, premium tables and chairs, integrated lighting, standard audio-visual equipment (projector, screen, microphone), and support from our on-site venue manager.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Bookings cancelled more than 90 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 90 days are non-refundable. We recommend clients consider event insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
- Do you offer catering services?
- While we do not have an in-house kitchen, we partner with a curated list of world-class, pre-approved catering companies. They cover a wide range of cuisines, from modern European to traditional Arabic, to fit your event's needs.
- Is there valet and parking available?
- Yes, we offer complimentary valet parking for all guests attending an event at The Canvas, ensuring a seamless and welcoming arrival experience.
