Do you find staff for us?

No, we are an HR consultancy rather than a recruitment agency, so we do not source or place candidates. We build and fix the HR function behind your hiring: contracts, policy handbooks, payroll and WPS setup, Emiratisation planning, performance frameworks and disciplinary casework. If you need a search firm we will point you at one we trust.

What does a first consultation cost?

The 45-minute HR health check is AED 750 and covers your current contracts, leave and payroll practice, and any live risk. If you start an engagement within thirty days the fee is credited in full against it. Sessions run at our Barsha Heights office, at your premises or over video.

How do you charge for larger projects?

Project work is quoted as a fixed fee after the health check, with fifty percent payable on signature and the balance on delivery. A full MOHRE-aligned handbook build runs AED 12,000 to AED 22,000 depending on headcount and how many entities are involved. You get the scope and price in writing before anything starts.

Can we put you on retainer?

Retained advisory starts at AED 6,500 a month for up to ten adviser hours, a named consultant and unlimited email questions with a same-working-day reply. It suits companies of roughly twenty to two hundred staff with no in-house HR manager. Interim HR management on site is separate, at AED 1,100 per day with a four-day monthly minimum.

Do you handle free zone and DIFC companies?

Yes. We work with mainland MOHRE employers, free zone entities including DMCC and JAFZA, and DIFC and ADGM companies that sit under their own employment regulations. The rules on probation, notice and end-of-service differ meaningfully between them, so tell us which licence you hold when you book.

Can you help with Emiratisation targets?

We map your current Emirati headcount against your MOHRE category, model the quota gap and build a hiring and retention plan around Nafis support. The planning session is AED 1,500 for 60 minutes and produces a written target schedule. We do not source the candidates themselves, but we prepare the roles, salary bands and onboarding they will join.

We need to terminate someone this week — can you help?

Urgent disciplinary and termination matters are triaged the same working day, and the grievance and investigation advisory session is AED 1,800. We will walk through the grounds, the notice and gratuity calculation, and the settlement wording before you act. We are not a law firm, so anything heading to litigation is referred to counsel we work alongside.

What do you need from us before the first session?

Your trade licence, current employment contract templates, headcount broken down by nationality and visa type, and any handbook already in circulation. Everything goes under a mutual NDA signed before documents change hands. Sending it in advance means the first session is diagnosis rather than data collection.

What if we need to move a booked consultation?

Reschedule free of charge with 24 hours notice through this chat or by replying to your confirmation email. Inside 24 hours we charge fifty percent of the session fee. Retained clients move sessions freely within the same month.
