What does a suite cost per night?
Studios start at AED 420 a night in low season and AED 690 from November to March. One-bedroom suites are AED 620 to AED 950 and two-bedrooms AED 940 to AED 1,450. All rates include the 10 percent service charge but exclude the AED 15 per night Tourism Dirham, which is collected at check-in.
Is there a minimum stay?
Three nights is the minimum for a nightly booking, rising to five nights over New Year and Eid weekends. Monthly stays of 28 nights or more are the better value and switch you to the residence rate, which is roughly 45 percent below the nightly equivalent. Single-night stays are not available.
What are your monthly rates?
On a 28-night residence rate a studio is AED 8,900 a month, a one-bedroom AED 12,500 and a two-bedroom AED 18,200, all fully inclusive of DEWA, chiller, wifi and weekly housekeeping. Stays of three months or longer get a further 8 percent off and a dedicated parking bay. A refundable AED 2,000 deposit applies to monthly stays.
What is included in the suite?
Every suite has a full kitchen with hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher, a washer-dryer in the unit, smart TV, 300Mbps wifi and a work desk. Utilities, chiller and wifi are all included with no separate bill. Guests also get access to the pool, gym and residents lounge on the fourth floor.
How often is housekeeping?
Nightly guests get daily housekeeping with a full linen and towel change twice a week. Monthly residents get one full clean per week with linen change, and can add extra visits at AED 120 each. Deep cleans, including oven and balcony, are AED 350 and can be booked through this assistant.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is 12:00 noon. Early check-in from 10:00am and late check-out until 4:00pm are AED 150 each when the suite is free, and free of charge for stays of a month or more. Reception is staffed 24 hours, so late arrivals are no problem.
What is your cancellation policy?
Flexible rates cancel free up to 48 hours before arrival, after which one night is charged. Non-refundable rates, which are 15 percent cheaper, cannot be cancelled or changed. Monthly stays require 30 days written notice to end early, otherwise one month is charged from the deposit.
Do you allow pets and extra guests?
Cats and dogs under 15kg are welcome for AED 90 per night or AED 900 per month, with a maximum of one pet per suite. Studios sleep two, one-bedrooms sleep three and two-bedrooms sleep five. An extra bed is AED 120 per night and cots are free of charge on request.
Where exactly are you and is parking included?
We are on Al Marsa Street, Dubai Marina, a six-minute walk from the DMCC metro station and two minutes from the Marina Walk. One basement parking bay is included per suite for monthly residents; nightly guests pay AED 40 per day. Airport transfers from DXB are AED 160 one way and can be arranged in this chat.
