- Where are you located and what are your operating hours?
- We are located in the Jumeirah district of Dubai. Our doors are open for you seven days a week, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, including public holidays.
- How can I book an appointment?
- You can book your treatment directly with me by telling me your preferred service, date, and time. Alternatively, you can call us at our main number or use the booking form on our website.
- What is the price range for your services?
- Our pricing reflects a premium wellness experience. Individual massage and facial treatments typically range from moderate to high, with custom packages available. Please ask about a specific service for exact pricing.
- What should I expect on my first visit?
- We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to relax in our lounge and enjoy a complimentary herbal tea. You'll have a brief consultation with your therapist to customize the treatment to your specific needs. Robes, slippers, and lockers are provided for your comfort.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling to avoid a charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a 50% fee.
- What languages do your staff speak?
- Our diverse team is fluent in English and Arabic. We also have staff members who speak Tagalog, Hindi, and Russian to ensure clear and comfortable communication for all our guests.
- Do you offer couples treatments or group bookings?
- Yes, we have dedicated couples' suites for a shared experience. We can also arrange tailored packages for small groups or special occasions; please contact our spa coordinator for details.
- Are there any current special offers?
- We often have seasonal promotions. Currently, we are offering a 'Desert Rehydration' package which includes a body wrap and a hydrating facial, perfect for the summer season. Ask me for more details!
