What is actually in the bath house?

A 90-degree Finnish cedar sauna, a eucalyptus wet steam room, a traditional Moroccan hammam suite with heated marble, two cold plunge pools held at 8 and 12 degrees, and a quiet tea lounge. Everything except the hammam is included in a standard session ticket. Robe, towel and slippers come with every booking.

How much does a session cost?

Sauna and steam access for 60 minutes is AED 120 on weekdays and AED 150 Friday to Sunday. The 90-minute contrast therapy circuit with a guided plunge is AED 220, and the 45-minute Moroccan hammam scrub is AED 260. Lockers, robe and towel are included, so there are no extras at the desk.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just swimwear and yourself. We supply the robe, towel, slippers, shampoo and body wash, and lockers are free. If you are booking the hammam scrub, leave heavy body lotion off that morning because it stops the black soap working.

What are the towel and robe rules?

Shower before entering any heat room, and always sit or lie on your towel in the sauna — bare skin on the cedar is not permitted. Robes are worn in every corridor and in the tea lounge, never in the plunge pools. Swimwear is required in all mixed sessions.

Are there women-only hours?

Yes, Monday and Wednesday from 9:00am to 3:00pm the whole bath house is women-only with an all-female attendant team. The hammam suite is single-sex at all times regardless of the session. Book the women-only slots early because they fill roughly a week ahead.

Do you sell packs or memberships?

A ten-session sauna pack is AED 950 and stays valid for twelve months, which works out at AED 95 a visit. The monthly membership is AED 690 for unlimited sauna and steam, two plunge circuits and fifteen percent off treatments. Packs can be shared between two named people; memberships cannot.

Can I book the place privately for a group?

Private hire for up to eight guests is AED 1,600 for two hours and includes an attendant, mint tea service and towels. It is available before 11:00am and after 9:00pm any day. Larger groups are quoted case by case, and we ask for a fifty percent deposit to hold the slot.

Is there anyone who should not use the sauna?

Tell us at the desk if you are pregnant, have a heart or blood pressure condition, or are on medication that affects heat tolerance, and we will steer you to the gentler steam room or ask you to check with your doctor first. Under-16s are not admitted at any time. We do not serve alcohol and will not admit anyone who has been drinking.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Move or cancel a session free of charge up to four hours before your slot. Inside four hours, or a no-show, is charged at fifty percent. Anything booked with an attendant, including hammam scrubs and private hire, needs twelve hours notice.
