- What types of rooms do you offer at Rimal Oasis Hotel?
- We offer three main room types to suit your needs: Deluxe Queen Rooms for solo travellers or couples, spacious Executive King Suites with a separate living area, and Family Rooms with two queen beds. All our rooms feature modern amenities and city views.
- Where are you located and what are your check-in/check-out times?
- We are conveniently located in the Business Bay area of Dubai. Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Our front desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience.
- What are your room rates?
- Our rates vary based on the season and room type. Generally, you can expect prices to range from moderate for our Deluxe Rooms to a premium for our Executive Suites. For the most accurate pricing and availability, please provide your desired dates.
- Do you have a swimming pool and gym?
- Yes, all our guests have complimentary access to our rooftop swimming pool with stunning city views, as well as our fully-equipped 24-hour fitness center. Towels and water are provided at both facilities.
- How can I book a room?
- You can request a booking directly through me! Just let me know your desired check-in and check-out dates, the number of guests, and your preferred room type. Alternatively, you can call our reservations team at +971 50 123 4567.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be subject to a fee equivalent to the first night's stay. Policies may vary for special promotional rates.
- Is parking available at the hotel?
- Yes, we provide complimentary valet parking for all our resident guests. Please inform the front desk upon arrival to have your vehicle registered for the duration of your stay.
- What languages does your staff speak?
- Our diverse team is multilingual and can assist you in English, Arabic, Hindi, and Tagalog to ensure a comfortable and seamless experience for all our international guests.
- Do you offer airport transfers?
- We can arrange private airport transfers from Dubai International Airport (DXB) for an additional fee. Please provide us with your flight details at least 24 hours in advance to schedule this service.
- Is breakfast included with the stay?
- Some of our room packages include a complimentary buffet breakfast at our all-day dining restaurant. You can also choose to add breakfast to any booking for a nominal fee. Please check the details of your booking confirmation.
