I have never done reformer Pilates. Where do I start?

Start with the Beginner Intro session, a 60-minute private at AED 250 where we set up your spring load, footbar and straps and teach the safety basics. After that you can join any Foundation or Level 1 group class. Most people feel comfortable in a group by their second week.

How much do classes cost?

A single group class is AED 130. Packages bring that down: 10 classes for AED 1,150 valid three months, 20 classes for AED 2,100 valid six months, or unlimited monthly at AED 1,450. New clients can take three classes for AED 199 in their first two weeks.

How many people are in a class?

Studio A has eight reformers and Studio B has four, so the maximum group is eight and our Level 2 and prenatal classes cap at six. Every class is taught by one instructor with no assistant, which is why we keep the numbers low enough to correct everyone.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule free up to 12 hours before the class. Inside 12 hours the credit is deducted from your pack, and a no-show costs the credit plus an AED 40 fee on unlimited memberships. You can cancel yourself in this chat and the credit returns instantly if you are outside the window.

Do you teach private and duet sessions?

Yes. A 55-minute private is AED 350 and a duet is AED 220 per person. Privates are the right choice if you are working around an injury, training for something specific, or want to progress faster than a group allows. They run on the hour from 7:00am and can be booked up to six weeks ahead.

Can I come while pregnant or postnatal?

Yes, with a doctor's clearance letter which we keep on file. We run a dedicated prenatal reformer class on Tuesday and Saturday mornings, capped at six, and postnatal privates from six weeks after a vaginal birth or ten weeks after a caesarean. Elena and Priya are both prenatal certified.

Do my class credits expire?

A 10-class pack is valid three months from first use and a 20-class pack six months. We freeze packages for up to four weeks a year at no charge for travel, illness or Ramadan — just tell us the dates in chat before the freeze starts.

What should I wear and bring?

Fitted leggings or shorts and a top that stays put when you invert. Grip socks are mandatory on the reformers; we sell them at AED 45 if you forget. Bring a water bottle — the studio has a filtered refill point — and leave shoes on the rack at the entrance.

Where do I park?

We are on Al Wasl Road opposite the Al Safa park entrance, with eight free client bays behind the building accessed from 15A Street. Street parking on Al Wasl is paid until 10:00pm. Arrive ten minutes early for your first visit so we can complete your health form.
