What does it cost to record an episode?

Audio-only recording in Studio 1 is AED 450 per hour with a producer in the room and up to three mics. Studio 2, our four-camera video podcast set, is AED 750 per hour and includes lighting, camera operation and a multitrack record. Most shows book a two-hour slot and leave with everything they need for one episode.

Is editing included, or is that extra?

Recording gets you clean multitrack audio and raw video files. Edited delivery is AED 600 per audio episode and AED 1,400 per video episode, covering topping and tailing, level matching, filler removal, intro and outro, and a music bed. Bundles of four or more episodes take 15 percent off the edit fee.

Do you deliver social clips?

Yes. Vertical clips cut from your episode with burned-in captions are AED 150 each, or AED 600 for a pack of five from the same recording. We pick the moments and send them for approval unless you mark timestamps yourself during the session. Clips are delivered in 9:16 and 1:1 ready for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

How many guests can you fit?

Studio 1 seats a host plus two guests at three mics; a fourth mic can be added for AED 100. Studio 2 handles a host plus three guests with a camera on each seat. Remote guests join over a studio-grade link and are recorded locally at full quality, which is included at no extra charge.

When do I get my files?

Raw audio and video files go out by download link within 24 hours of the session. Edited audio episodes are delivered in three working days and edited video in five, both including one round of revisions. Rush turnaround of 24 hours on an edit is available for a 50 percent surcharge if the schedule allows.

I have never recorded before — can you help me plan the show?

Yes. Book a free 30-minute discovery call and we will work through your format, episode length, publishing cadence and what you actually need in a session. We will tell you honestly whether audio-only is enough for your audience before you pay for video. New shows usually start with a four-episode block so the format settles.

Can you publish the episode for me?

We can handle distribution as an add-on at AED 250 per month, which covers hosting setup, uploading each episode with show notes and chapter markers, and pushing to Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube. You keep ownership of the feed and all accounts. Show notes writing is AED 120 per episode on top.

How far in advance should I book and what if I cancel?

Evening and weekend slots go two to three weeks out, weekday mornings are usually free within a few days. A 50 percent deposit holds the slot. Cancel more than 48 hours ahead and it is fully refundable or transferable, inside 48 hours it becomes studio credit valid for three months.

Do you own any part of my show?

No. You own the recordings, the feed and every file we deliver, and we take no revenue share or rights. We ask permission before using a clip in our own showreel and will never publish anything without your written approval. Signed release forms for guests can be handled at reception if you need them.
