- What plumbing work do you take on?
- Leak detection and repair, blocked drains and sewage lines, water heater supply, installation and repair, tap and mixer replacement, full bathroom and kitchen re-fits, pipe replacement in older villas, and annual maintenance contracts for villas and buildings.
- Do you handle emergencies?
- Yes, we run a 24/7 emergency line for burst pipes, major leaks and sewage backups. Our target is on site within 90 minutes in Sharjah and two hours in Dubai and Ajman. Tell me the address and what is happening and I will flag it to the duty team straight away.
- How soon can someone come out for a non-urgent job?
- Usually the next working day. We book in three-hour windows — 8:00 to 11:00, 11:00 to 2:00 and 2:00 to 5:00 — and the technician calls you about thirty minutes before arrival so you are not waiting around.
- How does your pricing work?
- There is a AED 150 call-out charge that covers travel and the first thirty minutes of diagnostic work. You then get a fixed written quote before anything is dismantled, and if you go ahead with the repair the call-out charge is credited against the invoice.
- Can I get a quote over chat?
- I can give you a realistic range for common jobs — a like-for-like water heater replacement is typically AED 450 to AED 900 in labour plus the unit, and clearing a single blocked drain is around AED 250. Send me a photo or a short video of the problem and I will get closer than that.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- We are licensed by the Sharjah Economic Development Department and carry public liability insurance. All our technicians are trade-certified, and we fit only DEWA and SEWA approved fittings so your work passes inspection.
- Do you guarantee your work?
- Every job carries a twelve-month workmanship warranty. Parts and appliances we supply are covered by the manufacturer warranty, which is usually one to five years, and we register it for you at the time of installation.
- Do you work with landlords and building management?
- A large part of our work is annual maintenance contracts for villa portfolios and residential towers. Contract clients get priority response, consolidated monthly invoicing and a written job report with photos for every unit we attend.
- Which areas do you cover?
- All of Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and Dubai as far as Al Quoz and Deira. We can travel further for larger or contracted jobs — tell me your location and I will confirm whether it is inside our standard zone.
