Can you tell me whether a medicine is in stock?

Yes — give me the brand or generic name and the strength, and I will check the shelf count at our Al Barsha branch right away. If we are out of it, I can tell you when the next delivery lands or suggest a registered alternative for the pharmacist to confirm.

Can I reserve a medicine for collection?

I can put an item aside under your name and notify the counter team. Reservations are held for 24 hours. You will get a message when it is ready, and you simply give your name at the collection desk.

Do I need a prescription?

Over-the-counter items, vitamins and baby care you can just reserve and collect. Prescription-only medicines require a valid prescription from a UAE-licensed doctor — either the original paper copy or an approved DHA e-prescription — presented to the pharmacist at the time of collection.

Do you deliver?

We deliver across Dubai, usually within 60 to 90 minutes, and delivery is free on orders over AED 100. For prescription medicines we verify the prescription before the rider is dispatched, so please send it through or have it ready at the door.

What are your opening hours?

We are open every day from 8:00 AM to midnight, including public holidays. We are on Al Barsha 1, opposite the community park, with fifteen minutes of free parking directly outside.

Can you suggest a cheaper generic?

I can list the registered generic equivalents we currently hold and their prices, which is often a substantial saving. The actual substitution is always confirmed by our pharmacist, who will check it against your prescription and any other medicines you take.

What do you stock besides medicines?

A full range of vitamins and supplements, baby formula and baby care, dermo-cosmetics, first aid supplies, and home medical devices such as blood pressure monitors, glucose meters and nebulisers — with strips and cuffs for the common models kept in stock.

Can I get a reminder when my prescription runs out?

Yes. If you take a regular medication for a chronic condition, share your WhatsApp number with me and we will remind you a few days before your supply runs out, so you never have a gap in treatment.

Which languages do you speak?

Our counter team serves customers in English, Arabic, Hindi and Urdu, and I can chat with you in those languages plus Turkish and several others. Just write to me in whichever language you are most comfortable with.
