What does a treatment cost?

A general pest treatment covering cockroaches, ants and silverfish is AED 350 for a one-bedroom apartment, AED 450 for two bedrooms and AED 750 for a standard villa. A targeted cockroach gel treatment is AED 300 and rodent proofing with baiting is AED 600. Anything larger or commercial is priced after a site inspection.

Is the inspection free?

The site inspection and written quotation is AED 150 and takes about 45 minutes, and it is credited in full against the treatment if you book with us within seven days. For annual contracts and commercial premises the survey is free because we need to walk the site properly before pricing it anyway.

How do you treat bed bugs and what does it cost?

Heat treatment is AED 1,200 per room and takes about four hours, raising the room above 55C to kill eggs and adults in one pass with no residual chemical. Chemical treatment is cheaper at AED 700 per room but needs two visits fourteen days apart. Both include a free inspection at day 30 and a re-treatment if anything is still active.

Do you handle termites?

Yes. A termite inspection is AED 250 and post-construction treatment for a villa runs AED 2,500 to AED 6,000 depending on the perimeter and whether we drill and inject the slab. It carries a five-year written warranty with annual check visits included. Pre-construction soil treatment is quoted per square metre on plan.

Are the chemicals safe with children and pets?

We use only Dubai Municipality approved, water-based products applied by licensed technicians, and we give you a safety data sheet for anything used in your home. For a general treatment you stay out for four hours and ventilate for one; fish tanks must be covered and pumps switched off. Bed bug heat treatment uses no chemicals at all.

What if the pests come back?

Every one-off treatment carries a 30-day guarantee. If the same pest is still active inside that window we come back and re-treat at no charge, as many times as it takes. Annual contract clients are covered for the full twelve months rather than 30 days, which is why most restaurants and building managers take the contract.

Do you do annual contracts?

Yes. Four scheduled visits a year is AED 1,400 for an apartment and AED 2,600 for a villa, including unlimited call-backs between visits. Restaurants and food premises need monthly visits with documented reports for the municipality inspection, which starts at AED 4,800 a year and is quoted after a site survey.

Which areas do you cover and are there travel charges?

All of Dubai is covered at standard rates. Sharjah and Ajman carry a AED 100 call-out supplement and Abu Dhabi carries AED 250 and is scheduled rather than same-day. Tell me your building or community in chat and I will confirm your zone before we lock the appointment.

How soon can you come and can I cancel?

Standard bookings are usually within 48 hours, and we hold two emergency slots a day for active infestations in food premises. Reschedule or cancel free up to 12 hours ahead; inside that window or a locked door on arrival is charged at AED 150 to cover the wasted visit.
