Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Yes for injectables, lasers and anything prescription-led. The consultation is AED 300, takes 30 minutes and includes a skin analysis, and the fee is credited against any treatment booked within 30 days. Facials and peels can be booked directly if you have had them before.

What do treatments cost?

A signature HydraFacial is AED 750, botulinum toxin is AED 900 for one area or AED 2,200 for three, and dermal filler is AED 1,900 per millilitre. Laser hair removal is AED 200 for underarms and AED 900 for full body per session. Microneedling is AED 1,100, or AED 1,800 with PRP.

Can I choose which practitioner treats me?

Yes. Dr. Layla Nasser handles injectables, threads and medical skin plans, and Ivana Petrov, our aesthetic nurse practitioner, covers lasers, HydraFacial, peels and microneedling. Pick a name when you book in chat, or leave it open and we will assign whoever is free at your preferred time.

Do you offer treatment packages?

Laser hair removal is sold as a course of six sessions at 20 percent off the single-session price, because that is what actually clears a cycle. Three HydraFacials are AED 1,950 and three microneedling sessions are AED 2,900. Packages are valid twelve months and are transferable to an immediate family member.

Is a patch test required?

For laser hair removal and any first-time chemical peel, yes — a free patch test at least 48 hours before your session. It takes ten minutes and we book it alongside your treatment slot. Without it we cannot treat you on the day, so please do not skip it.

How should I prepare?

For laser, shave the area the night before, avoid sun and self-tan for two weeks, and stop retinoids five days ahead. For injectables, avoid alcohol, aspirin and fish oil for 48 hours to reduce bruising. Come with clean skin and no makeup on the treatment area.

What is the aftercare?

After toxin, stay upright for four hours and skip the gym, sauna and hot yoga for 24 hours. Filler swelling and mild bruising settle in three to five days. After laser or peels, use SPF 50 daily and avoid heat, steam rooms and swimming pools for 48 hours.

Can the chat assistant tell me which treatment I need?

No. The assistant does not give medical advice or diagnose anything. It describes what we offer, what it costs and who performs it, then takes your details and books you with a practitioner. What is suitable for your skin, history and medication is decided in the consultation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the appointment. Inside 24 hours or a no-show, we charge 50 percent of the treatment price, or deduct one session from a package. We hold a card or take a AED 200 deposit for injectable and laser bookings.
