- Our technicians are available for dispatch 24/7 for emergency services. Standard booking hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM, Saturday to Thursday. We proudly serve all major communities across Dubai.
- How can I book a technician?
- You can book a service directly through me by describing your issue. For emergencies like a major water leak or power outage, please state 'emergency' and I will prioritize your request to dispatch the nearest available technician immediately.
- How much do your services cost?
- Our pricing is transparent and competitive. We have a standard inspection fee for diagnosis, which is waived if you approve the quoted work. We provide a clear, upfront quote after assessment, ensuring no hidden charges.
- What should I expect during the technician's visit?
- Our professional, uniformed technician will arrive at the scheduled time with an ID. They will assess the issue, explain the required work, provide a final quote for your approval before starting, and ensure the work area is left clean and tidy.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- You can cancel or reschedule any standard booking free of charge up to 4 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled time may incur a small call-out fee. Emergency dispatches cannot be cancelled once the technician is en route.
- What languages do your staff speak?
- To serve our diverse community in the UAE, our customer service team and technicians are multilingual. We can assist you in English, Arabic, Hindi, and Urdu to ensure clear communication.
- Do you offer annual maintenance contracts (AMCs)?
- Yes, we highly recommend our AMCs for complete peace of mind. These packages cover preventative maintenance for your plumbing, electrical, and AC systems at a discounted annual rate and include priority service. Ask me for details on our AMC packages!
- How fast is your emergency response?
- For critical emergencies, our goal is to have a technician at your location within 60-90 minutes, subject to traffic and your specific location within Dubai. We prioritize getting your home safe and functional as quickly as possible.
- Is there a warranty on your work?
- Absolutely. We stand by the quality of our work. We offer a 30-day warranty on all repairs and a longer warranty for new installations, giving you confidence and assurance in our services.
