How much is a full groom?

We price by size and coat, not by breed name alone. Small dogs up to 10kg are AED 180, medium up to 25kg AED 260, large up to 40kg AED 340 and giant breeds AED 420. Double or heavily matted coats add AED 60 to AED 120 because they take considerably longer to work through safely.

What is included in a full groom?

A pre-groom brush out, warm hydrobath with a coat-appropriate shampoo, blow dry, full clip or scissor finish in the style you choose, nail trim, ear cleaning, paw pad and sanitary trim, and a light spritz. A bandana or bow goes on at the end unless you tell us your dog hates them.

Do you groom cats?

Yes, and we take cats seriously rather than as an afterthought. A cat bath and blow dry is AED 220, a lion cut is AED 300, and we book cats into the first slot of the day when the salon is quietest. We do not sedate, and if a cat is too distressed we stop and refund the difference.

How long does an appointment take?

A small dog full groom takes about ninety minutes, a medium two hours and a large or double-coated dog up to three. We only work on one pet at a time, so there is no crate waiting — please plan to collect within thirty minutes of us messaging you.

What if my dog is matted?

We will always tell you before we start. Where matting is close to the skin, welfare rules mean shaving down rather than dematting, because pulling at tight mats hurts and can tear skin. De-matting we can safely do is charged at AED 60 per fifteen minutes, and we will send you a photo before deciding anything.

Do you need vaccination records?

Yes. Dogs need a current DHPPi and rabies certificate, cats need feline trivalent and rabies. Send a photo of the card in chat and we will keep it on file so you never have to bring it again. First visits without records have to be rescheduled, which is a wasted trip for both of us.

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off?

Yes, within JVC, JVT, Motor City, Sports City and Arjan for AED 60 each way, or AED 100 for a return trip. The van is air conditioned with secured crates and we message you when we collect and when we arrive back. Book it at the same time as the groom since we run three collection windows a day.

Can I get just a bath, or just nails?

A bath and blow dry without clipping is AED 110 to AED 220 by size. A nail trim on its own is AED 40, ear cleaning AED 35, anal glands AED 50 and a de-shed treatment for huskies and retrievers AED 150 to AED 250. Walk-ins for nails only are welcome before 11am on weekdays.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give us twelve hours notice to move or cancel. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged fifty percent of the groom price, because the slot cannot be refilled at short notice. If your pet is unwell on the day, tell us and we will waive it and rebook you.
