What does a day at a hot desk cost?

A hot desk day pass is AED 120 and covers 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including wifi, coffee, printing up to 50 pages and use of the phone booths. Ten-day bundles are AED 950 and stay valid for six months. Monthly hot desking is AED 1,450.

How much is a dedicated desk or a private office?

A dedicated desk with a lockable pedestal is AED 2,400 per month on a three-month minimum. Private offices start at AED 6,800 per month for two people and AED 11,500 for four. All memberships include ten meeting room credits a month and a business address for mail.

How do I book a meeting room and what do they cost?

Tell me the date, time, how many people and whether you need video conferencing, and I will hold the room. The six-seat rooms are AED 90 per hour, the twelve-seat boardroom is AED 180 per hour, and the studio room is AED 150 per hour. Members draw on their monthly credits before any charge applies.

What are your opening hours?

Reception is staffed Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Members with an access card can enter 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays. Meeting rooms can be booked between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Where are you and where do I park?

We are on level 8 of Al Sila Tower, Abu Dhabi Global Market Square on Al Maryah Island. Visitor parking is in the ADGM Square basement at AED 10 per hour, and members can add a monthly bay for AED 550. The Galleria mall entrance is a two-minute covered walk away.

Can I come and see the space first?

Yes. Tours run every weekday at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM and take about twenty minutes, and I can book you into one. Anyone taking a tour gets a free day pass to try the space properly afterwards. Just bring photo ID for building security.

How does building access work?

Members get an access card programmed on their first morning, which opens the tower turnstiles, our floor and your locker. Card setup takes about fifteen minutes at reception and needs a passport or Emirates ID copy. Lost cards are replaced for AED 75.

Can I have guests or receive deliveries?

Guests sign in at our reception and can stay in the lounge or your booked room free of charge. Deliveries are accepted between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays and held in the mail room, and we message you when something arrives. We cannot accept oversized freight or anything requiring signature after hours.

What is the cancellation policy for room bookings?

Cancel or move a meeting room booking free of charge up to four hours before the start time. Inside four hours, the room is charged or the credits are used. Day passes are refundable up to 6:00 PM the evening before.
