Do you work directly with patients?

No. Meridian is a laboratory and we only accept cases from licensed dental practices and their clinicians. If you are a patient, your dentist will send your case to us and handle all communication about your treatment. We are happy to tell your dentist about our turnaround times if they ask.

What restorations do you make?

Zirconia and lithium disilicate crowns and bridges, layered PFM, implant-supported crowns and screw-retained bars, removable acrylic and flexible partials, cobalt-chrome frameworks, night guards and clear retainers. We also mill surgical guides from planning files. Full-arch and complex hybrid cases are quoted per case after we see the scan.

What is your standard turnaround?

Single zirconia or e.max crown is 4 working days in the lab, a three-unit bridge is 5, and cobalt-chrome partial frameworks are 7 including one try-in. Night guards and retainers ship in 2 working days. The clock starts the morning after we receive the case, and courier transit within Dubai adds one day.

How much does a crown cost?

Monolithic zirconia is AED 340 per unit, layered zirconia AED 420, lithium disilicate AED 390 and PFM AED 260. Implant-supported crowns are AED 620 including the stock abutment, and custom titanium abutments are AED 480. All prices are per unit, exclusive of VAT, and shipped free within Dubai.

Do you accept intraoral scans, or only impressions?

Both. We accept STL and PLY exports from 3Shape TRIOS, Medit, iTero and Primescan through our case portal, and there is no digital case surcharge. For conventional cases we collect PVS impressions and bite registration by courier. If a scan is unusable we call the practice the same day rather than guessing at the margin.

How does pickup and delivery work?

Our own driver runs two routes daily across Dubai and Sharjah, at roughly 10:00 and 16:00, and pickup is free. Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates go by overnight courier at AED 25 per case, also covered by us on orders over AED 1,200. You can book a pickup slot in this chat and you will get the driver's ETA by SMS.

What happens if a restoration needs a remake?

If the fit or shade is our error we remake at no charge and prioritise the case ahead of the queue. Remakes caused by a changed preparation, a new impression or a revised treatment plan are charged at 50 percent of the original unit price. Zirconia and e.max units carry a five-year warranty against fracture in normal function.

Can we open a trade account and what are the payment terms?

Yes. New practices start on pro forma for the first two months, then move to 30-day account terms after a short credit check. Accounts get a monthly consolidated statement, per-case digital docket and access to the online case tracker. We are VAT registered and every invoice carries the TRN.

Can you match a difficult shade?

Our ceramist offers a free chairside shade appointment at your practice for anterior cases anywhere in Dubai, usually within two working days. Otherwise send calibrated photos with a shade tab in frame and the stump shade noted. For single central incisors we recommend the chairside visit — it removes most of the remake risk.
