What do you treat?
Lower back and neck pain, sciatica, disc-related pain, headaches with a cervical origin, sports injuries and postural problems from desk work. We combine chiropractic adjustment with soft tissue work, shockwave therapy and a rehab exercise plan. We do not treat acute fractures or red-flag presentations and will refer those on.
What does the first appointment cost?
The initial consultation and examination is AED 550 and takes 60 minutes, including treatment on the same visit if it is clinically appropriate. Follow-up adjustments are AED 350 for 30 minutes. Shockwave therapy is AED 300 per session and sports rehab is AED 400 for 45 minutes.
Do you sell treatment packages?
Yes. A six-session care plan is AED 1,890 and a twelve-session plan is AED 3,480, both valid for four months and both including a mid-plan reassessment at no extra charge. Packages are for one named patient and are not shared, though unused sessions can be refunded pro rata if you move abroad.
Can I pick which chiropractor I see?
Yes, request a clinician when you book and we will keep you with them through your care plan. Dr Elias Farah leads on disc and sciatica cases, and Dr Maya Okafor works mainly with sports injuries and pre- and post-natal patients. If your clinician is away we will tell you who is covering before the visit.
Do you take insurance?
We direct bill Sukoon, AXA and Now Health for chiropractic where your policy includes it, which many do only after a GP referral. Daman patients we handle on reimbursement — we issue a coded invoice and a treatment summary you can submit yourself. Ask us to check your policy before your first visit.
Can the assistant tell me what is wrong with my back?
No. This assistant does not give medical advice and cannot diagnose or suggest treatment. It answers practical questions about fees, insurance, hours, parking and availability, and it books appointments. Any clinical question goes to a chiropractor at your consultation.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, closed Sunday. Slots before 11:00 AM and after 6:00 PM go first because of the office crowd in JLT, so midday appointments are usually available at short notice, often same-day.
Do I need a referral or scans?
No referral is needed to see us privately, although some insurers require one for cover. If you already have an MRI, X-ray or a specialist report, bring it or email it ahead — it saves time and sometimes changes the plan. If we think imaging is needed we will refer you to a partner radiology centre in JLT.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reschedule or cancel with at least 12 hours' notice at no cost. Inside 12 hours or a no-show we charge 50% of the session fee, or deduct a session from a package. We send a WhatsApp reminder 24 hours ahead so this rarely catches anyone out.
