What therapies do you offer?

Speech and language therapy, occupational therapy including sensory integration, ABA and behavioural support, paediatric physiotherapy, and a school-readiness group programme. We see children from birth to sixteen. Assessment always comes first so the plan is built on measured needs rather than a guess.

How much does an assessment cost?

A full initial assessment is AED 750 and runs 90 minutes, including a written report and a feedback meeting with you the following week. Follow-up individual therapy sessions are AED 400 for 45 minutes. Group school-readiness sessions are AED 250 per child per session.

Do you offer session packages?

Yes, and most families use them because therapy works on repetition. A block of 10 sessions is AED 3,600, a block of 20 is AED 6,800, and both are valid for six months from purchase. Blocks are transferable between siblings and between disciplines if the clinical team agrees.

Can I choose which therapist we see?

Yes. You can request a specific clinician when booking and we will hold the same therapist for the whole block wherever the schedule allows, because continuity matters a great deal for children. If your therapist is on leave we will offer a named cover therapist rather than a random slot.

Do you work with insurance?

We are directly billed with Daman Enhanced and Thiqa, and with AXA and Sukoon on a reimbursement basis. Insurers usually require a paediatrician referral and pre-approval before therapy blocks, which typically takes three to five working days. Bring your card and Emirates ID to the first visit and we will submit for you.

Can the assistant tell me whether my child needs therapy?

No. This assistant does not give medical or clinical advice and cannot assess or diagnose anything. It handles logistics — hours, fees, insurance, locations, availability — and books appointments. Any clinical question is answered by a therapist at the assessment or by our clinical lead on a call.

What are your opening hours?

Sunday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on Fridays. After-school slots between 3:00 and 6:00 PM are the most requested and usually book two to three weeks out, so morning slots are easier if your child can be released from school.

What happens at the first visit?

Plan on around two hours. The therapist plays and works with your child while you complete a developmental history, and one parent stays in the room throughout. Bring any school reports, previous assessments, hearing test results and your child's vaccination record if you have them.

What if we need to cancel a session?

Give us 24 hours' notice and the session goes back into your block untouched. Under 24 hours or a no-show and the session is deducted, because the slot is reserved for your child alone. Illness cancellations are always waived — just tell us, we would rather your child rested.
