Which rooms do you have and how hard are they?

We run five rooms: The Pearl Vault (medium), Signal Lost (medium-hard), Nursery Rhyme (easy, family friendly), Deep Six (hard, our lowest escape rate at 27%) and Blackout, which is played almost entirely in the dark. Every room is 60 minutes. If it is your first time, most groups start with The Pearl Vault or Nursery Rhyme.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is per person and drops as the group grows: AED 150 each for 2 players, AED 130 each for 3 to 4, AED 115 each for 5 to 6, and AED 100 each for 7 or 8. Blackout carries a AED 20 per person supplement. Weekday slots before 4:00 PM are 20% off for any room.

How many people can play, and is there a minimum age?

Rooms take 2 to 8 players; Deep Six is capped at 6 because of the space. Minimum age is 10, and anyone under 16 needs an adult playing in the room with them. Nursery Rhyme is the only room we recommend for children aged 8 and 9, again with an adult in the group.

What are your opening hours?

We run sessions daily from 10:00 AM, with the last game starting at 10:00 PM Sunday to Thursday and 11:30 PM on Friday and Saturday. Slots begin on the hour and we ask you to arrive 15 minutes early for the briefing. Arrive late and we still have to finish on the hour so the next group can start.

Do you handle corporate team events?

Yes, that is about a third of what we do. For 16 or more we run parallel rooms with a live leaderboard, and the AED 4,500 half-venue package covers up to 32 players across four rooms for three hours with the lounge reserved. Catering can be added at AED 65 per head.

What if we get stuck?

A games master watches your room the whole hour and can send hints to the screen on the wall. Standard play gives you three free hints and more on request — we would rather you finish the story than sit stuck on one lock. Nobody is ever locked in, and the exit door opens from the inside at any time.

Can I cancel or move my booking?

You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot, and we will hold the credit for 90 days. Inside 24 hours we can move you once if we can refill the slot, otherwise the deposit is not refundable. Groups that no-show forfeit the full booking amount.

Do we need to pay in advance?

We take a AED 100 deposit per booking to hold the slot and the balance is settled at reception on the day by card or cash. Corporate bookings can be invoiced against an LPO with 14-day terms. Deposits are deducted from the final amount, never charged on top.

Where are you and is there parking?

We are in Alserkal Avenue's edge in Al Quoz 1, Dubai, in the warehouse block behind Street 8. There is free open parking directly outside plus overflow on Street 6, and we are a seven-minute taxi from Noor Bank metro station.
