Which booths can I hire?

Four types: the mirror booth with a full-length touchscreen, the 360 spin booth for video, a classic open-air booth with a backdrop, and a compact roaming booth an attendant carries around the room. All four print on the spot and send digital copies instantly to guests' phones.

What does a booking cost?

Three hours of open-air booth hire is AED 1,800, the mirror booth is AED 2,400 and the 360 spin booth is AED 2,900. Every package includes delivery within Abu Dhabi, setup, an attendant, unlimited prints and a digital gallery. Extra hours are AED 450 each, added on the night if you want them.

How much space and power do you need?

Allow 3m by 3m with 2.5m of ceiling height for the mirror and 360 booths, and 2.5m by 2.5m for the open-air setup. We need one standard 13-amp socket within 10 metres. Outdoor setups need shade or a covered area and, between May and September, we ask the venue for a cooled space or the equipment overheats.

How long does setup take?

We arrive 90 minutes before your start time and pack down in about 45 minutes. Idle time between setup and the guests arriving is free for up to two hours, which covers most wedding receptions where the booth is built during the ceremony. Beyond that it is AED 150 per idle hour.

Can you brand the prints and the booth?

Yes. A custom print template with your names, monogram or company logo is included free and we send you a proof for approval three days ahead. A branded booth wrap and matching backdrop is AED 600, and a data capture screen for corporate events with an emailed guest list is AED 400.

What deposit do you take and when is the balance due?

A 30% deposit confirms the date and takes it off the calendar. The balance is due three days before the event by bank transfer or card. We do not hold dates without a deposit, and popular Fridays and Saturdays in November through March typically go four to six months ahead.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 30 days before and the deposit transfers to any future date within twelve months. Between 30 and 7 days the deposit is retained. Inside 7 days the full package fee is due, since we have turned away other bookings for that slot. A postponement due to a venue issue is always rescheduled free of charge.

Do guests get their photos digitally?

Instantly. Guests send their shot to themselves by QR code, AirDrop, email or WhatsApp at the booth. An online gallery of every photo and 360 video goes to the host within 24 hours, stays live for 12 months and can be password protected or kept private for corporate events.

Which areas do you cover?

All of Abu Dhabi island, Khalifa City, Yas and Saadiyat with no travel charge. Dubai and Al Ain are AED 300 travel, and Ras Al Khaimah or Fujairah AED 500. For anything outside Abu Dhabi with a start time after 9:00pm we ask for the venue's load-in details in advance so the crew is not turned away at the gate.
