What repairs do you take on?

Accident and collision repair, panel beating, chassis and frame straightening on a bench jig, full and spot resprays, bumper and plastic repair, paintless dent removal, headlight restoration and windscreen replacement. We specialise in European and Japanese passenger cars and light SUVs. We do not do heavy truck or bus bodywork.

How do I get an estimate?

Send four photos in chat — a wide shot of the whole car, a close-up of the damage, the panel gap area and the number plate — and we will come back with an indicative range the same day. A firm written estimate needs the car on site, takes about 30 minutes and is free of charge with no obligation.

What do common repairs cost?

A single-panel dent repair and respray is AED 750 to AED 1,400 depending on the panel and paint type. Bumper scuff repair and refinish is AED 600 to AED 900. A full respray on a mid-size sedan runs AED 7,500 to AED 12,000 depending on colour and preparation needed. Pearl and matte finishes carry a surcharge.

Do you handle insurance claims?

Yes. We are an approved repairer for several UAE insurers and can handle the survey, the estimate submission and the approval follow-up on your behalf. You pay only your policy excess. Bring your Emirates ID, registration card and the police report — no accident repair can legally start in the UAE without a police report.

How long will my car be off the road?

A bumper refinish is two working days, a single panel three to four days, and a multi-panel collision repair one to two weeks depending on parts availability. Frame straightening adds three to five days. We give you a written completion date at booking and message you if a part delays it.

Do you offer a courtesy car?

We keep four courtesy cars for jobs over AED 5,000, free of charge, subject to availability and a valid UAE licence held for at least one year. For smaller jobs we offer a free drop-off within Dubai or a AED 60 per day rental arranged through a partner.

Will the new paint match my car exactly?

We use a computerised spectrophotometer to read your existing panel rather than working from the factory code alone, because UAE sun fades paint measurably within two years. Adjacent panels are blended so the transition is invisible, and every car is checked under both daylight and colour-matched booth lighting before handover.

What warranty do you give on the work?

Paint and refinishing carry a three-year warranty against peeling, blistering and colour failure. Panel and structural work carries a twelve-month workmanship warranty. Warranty is registered against your chassis number and stays valid if you sell the car, provided it has not been repaired elsewhere in the meantime.

Where are you and can you collect the car?

We are in Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 3, Dubai, open Saturday to Thursday. Free collection and delivery anywhere in Dubai for jobs over AED 2,000. Recovery of a non-drivable vehicle is AED 250 within Dubai and AED 450 from Sharjah or Ajman, credited against the invoice if we do the repair.
